Meet the Team
Ashley is the team leader of The Diamond Group and has been working in the real estate industry since 2013. She assists her clients in multiple counties in Indiana, including Allen, Whitley, Noble, Dekalb, Lagrange, and Wells. Ashley hit the ground running in her first year and was awarded the 2013 Rookie of the Year at Mike Thomas Associates. Two years later, she became part of the MTA President's Club, which she has continued to be a part of every year since.
Ashley's success is built on her ability to exceed her clients' expectations and make their home buying and selling experience easy and enjoyable. She works by referral, and the positive experiences of her clients turn into repeat clients for future transactions, as well as referrals to their friends & family. Ashley is passionate about staying involved in her community and is a member of the Churubusco Chamber of Commerce. She was also appointed to the Churubusco Plan Commission and the Churubusco BZA. Additionally, Ashley is an advocate for supporting local animal shelters and charities. Ashley's family plays an important role in her life, and she loves spending time with her husband, four children, grandson & dog. They enjoy traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time at the lake during the summer. Helping her clients find the perfect place to call home while exceeding their expectations is the reason Ashley loves real estate and what she does.
Tammie was born in Fort Wayne, and then moved to West Virginia as a young girl. She remained there until about 15 years ago, when life changes brought her back to her roots. She is the mother to three amazing adult children, bonus mom to 5: grandma to 14. She enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family and friends at their home and traveling while taking in the beautiful sights of the world and spending time outdoors. Prior to Real Estate Tammie worked in the social work/mental health field for about 28 years. She feels that her additional skills with interacting with others will be an asset.
Working in Real Estate has been quite the journey for Tammie. She has been able to help numerous families accomplish their dream of home ownership. She has assisted with families moving to this area from places as far away as Alaska, Montana, Oregon and a few more to add to the list. She looks forward to continuing this path and assisting people achieve the goal of home ownership, investments, or just change of life that takes them out of this area.
Dawn was born and raised in Michigan, where she spent her early years attending school and exploring many interests. After finishing her education, she made a life-changing move to Indiana, where she has lived for the past 37 years. During that time, she had the opportunity to pursue her passions, including building her career in Cosmetology and receiving her Real Estate license. These two fields have allowed her to merge her creativity and business acumen, where she has always been particularly drawn to style, architecture, remodeling, and real estate—areas that fuel her curiosity and drive.
For the last five years, Dawn has had the pleasure of working with Mike Thomas Associates. Her journey with the company began as an assistant, and over time has had the privilege of growing into roles such as New Agent Director, Events Coordinator, and Realtor. This experience has enriched her professional life, providing her the opportunities to help others on their real estate journeys. In Dawn’s free time, she finds joy in a variety of activities. She loves traveling with her family, hiking, watching movies, gardening, and lounging by the pool after a busy week with her husband, Bryan, and two sons, Gabriel and Jeb, dog, Jack, and two playful cats, Dougie and Lilly. Dawn is grateful for the experiences and opportunities that working with Mike Thomas Associates has brought her. She looks forward to the future with excitement and optimism, knowing that there’s always something new to explore and learn.
Kristyn Adamakis Gugelman
TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Kristyn Adamakis Gugelman is the team’s Transaction Coordinator and oversees all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing. She manages all the paperwork and deadlines involved in a real estate transaction. Her start in the Real Estate business began in Las Vegas, NV in 2008 and during that time worked for a brokerage firm.
She supervised her own team and managed over 80 plus transactions on an average month. Kristyn moved to Fort Wayne a few years ago. During her down time, she enjoys reading science fiction and fantasy books, baking home-made breads, and watching movies with her husband and puppies.
